Custom Builds: All custom saunas require a signed agreement outlining scope, timeline, and payment terms.
Prefab & Kits: Products sold through supplier partnerships are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty and return policies. We will clearly communicate when third-party terms apply.
Heaters & Accessories: Items sourced through us are provided in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranties and specifications.
